Who we are

Interview Cockpit (interviewcockpit.in) is an AI mock interview and resume screening service operated by 9nocAI. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details: your name, email address, country and account type (candidate, institute or recruiter). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Content you provide: resumes, job descriptions, interview answers (typed or spoken), and institute details such as name and logo.

Results we generate: interview questions, scores, feedback and reports.

Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay or PayPal. We receive payment status and plan details, not your full card details.

Usage data: basic information about pages visited and how the service is used, to keep it working and improve it.

How we use your information

To create your account, run your mock interviews and screenings, and show your scores and reports.

To send AI providers the resume, job description and answers needed to generate questions and feedback.

To let an institute you join see your interview scores and reports for that institute, and to let recruiters see screening results for candidates they upload.

To process payments, provide support, send account emails (such as password reset), and prevent misuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Interview Cockpit (hosting, AI processing, email and payments), with the institute or recruiter connected to your interview, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can view your interview history in your account. To correct or delete your account and data, email us at support@interviewcockpit.in and we will respond to your request.

Children

Interview Cockpit is intended for job seekers, students and professionals, and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
